In Puzzle 10, you should play LEGGED. LEGGED sets up QI 15a for 35 next turn. Although it opens additional bingos on row 15, it also blocks some bingos on row 14, and it may prove difficult to stop your opponent from playing a bingo next turn if they have a blank anyway. LEGGED will allow you to outrun your opponent even if they manage to draw a bingo in the next few turns.
