In this position, your opponent has signalled a strong rack, and since you’re behind, playing defense alone isn’t going to win.  However, you can still win this game by eliminating the S hook on column n while keeping the board open by playing HOC, setting up your blank on column o.  This hook is difficult to block, and while it’s not easy to make a high scoring play with a blank K, it’s much better than leaving open an S hook that your opponent certainly has that you currently do not possess.
