In this position, you are best going for the knockout blow by playing REV j1 (6), fishing for SQUANDER and SQUADRON for over 200 points.  Even if you fail to draw the E or O, you will still draw some bingos or likely have a backup scoring play (such as SQUAD or DHURNA) next turn.
