While KEXES allows you to play TICAL to go out, your opponent will surely block TICAL and win, and playing TICAL first allows your opponent to hold on by playing KEX themselves. Instead, you are better off looking for a better out-in-two option. TEA 11i allows you to win, as you get to play ISLE next turn (with ISLED f11 as a backup play)
