In Puzzle 14, it appears that your best hope is to trap your opponent with the Q: however, since your rack is so inflexible and you only have one vowel, this is infeasible, as your opponent can play GOE 3l or UN n13 and set up another Q spot.  Your best play is TEGG b11, allowing your opponent to play the Q and outrunning their low scoring plays.
