In Puzzle 41, you have the option of setting up IN/ZIN for 64 points, but your opponent will still outscore you. However, if you play BIZ immediately, your opponent gets to go out first and win, by first playing ERG, and then by playing their Q to go out. INTRON 3a (12) forces your opponent to choose between blocking BIZ c5 (47) (and eating the Q) or playing the Q next turn. Either way, you will be able to outscore your opponent.
