Resolution: In this position, you have a big lead. Your opponent only has two bingo lines available: column o and row 15.

In those bingo lines, there are two possibilities. The first possibility is TOWELED, forming IT and GO in row 15. The second possibility is ELICITED from the E in JAPE. Unfortunately, it is impossible to block both lines at once.

It seems impossible to outscore both plays. After all, there are no good scoring options or bingo option. However, by playing KIF 7l (11), you block elicited while maintaining some additional ways to win even if they do bingo.  (For example, if your opponent plays TOWELED, you can outscore them if you draw II (they are stuck with the C) and bingo with CI (AUTOCoID))
